Mr. Rohit Gupta, aged 55 years, is the Promoter and Chairman of your Company. Commerce graduate having experience of more than two decades in the rice industry. He has been the guiding force for the Group in terms of strategy and Management. He has received Best in Industry Award from the J&K Government. He is a member of All India Rice Exporters Association(AIREA), Chamber of Commerce, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU).

Mr. Anil Kumar, aged 47 years ,is the Managing Director of your company .He has over two decades of experience in purchase and sale of paddy and rice. With excellent strategic Leadership skills, he is associated with the company for quite long and has invested constant efforts in stirring all company’s operations, people and ventures in order to maintain and grow business.

Mr. Mahadeep Singh Jamwal, 71 years old, Executive Director (Corporate Affairs of the Company) inhales from Jammu & Kashmir with professional ground as an ex - Superintendent of Police, serving in the Jammu Kashmir Police Department for 36 years in various capacities and ranks from Investigations, Law Order, Insurgency, as Academics and in prime agency for a decade dealing with corruption and miss- use of power "Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Commission". As an operational commander he has commanded three important Battalions dealing with militancy in Valley. He is credited with assignments as special Investigator in number of sensational cases. The service profile of Mr. Jamwal has recognitions by earning commendation certificates, appreciation letters, as well as Director General Police Medal.

In the Corporate World, he has undergone specialized course on 'Company Law' conducted by CBI-Ghaziabad apart from other specialized courses such as: Forensic Science in Crime Investigation conducted by CBI, Awareness of SC/ST Act conducted by PTA, Management of Anti-social and criminal behavior conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs, National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Sciences. His post retirement engagements include Security Officer to Jammu Kashmir Bank, freelance editorial writer for various news papers published from Jammu Kashmir and has established in the society as a social activist and holding President of 'Senior Citizens' Club a registered organization and on advisory board of 'Sarveshwar Smiles Foundation' that is especially working towards uplift of farmers and empowering woman folk. He is a man of wits, vision, and compassion with leadership qualities to enhance governing system i.e. the combination of rules, processes and laws by which businesses are operated, regulated and controlled in the corporate world.

Dr Pradeep K Sharma has several national awards to his credit. His Professional experience involves his International Experience of about 6 years.

Dr. Sharma's professional career as a researcher, academician, and administration manager in national and international universities and institutions spans over 38 years. Mr. Sharma has Administrative Management Experience in Universities of about 17 years.

He has research handling experience as Scientist, Consultant, Senior Research Fellow, Post Doctoral Fellow and many more.

He has also served in national agricultural universities at several Senior Positions such as Chief Scientist (Water Management), Officer on Special Duty to Vice Chancellor, Dean (Postgraduate Studies), Dean (Home Science), and Dean (College of Agriculture), Vice Chancellor of University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur, Assistant Director General (EPD) in Education Division, ICAR, New Delhi and Vice Chancellor, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Jammu (J&K).

Dr. Uttar kumar Padha, aged 68 years, is an Independent Director of our company. He has obtained his degree in Bachelor of Management Studies from Delhi. He has worked as a technical officer in Blood Bank , Gandhi Nagar Hospital. He has a work experience of more than 34 years. He has been awarded for the best performance in Health Department in state and as well as in centre.

Ms. Seema Rani, aged 41 years is Whole Time Director of the Company. She has obtained degree of Masters of Commerce from Jammu University. She has over 17 years experience in international marketing and sales and is associated with the Company from past 2 decades .She handles the exports of the Company and has attain excellence in her field.

Mr. Adarsh Kumar Gupta, aged about 73 years, is an Independent Director of our company. He has done bachelors of Science from Jammu university. He is having more than 36 years of experience in Banking sector. He joined J&K Bank in the year 1975 and worked at Different designations in the tenure of 32 years. He is retired as Assistant Vice President of J&k Bank in the year 2011.

Mr. Harbans Lal, 56 years old has is an Executive Director on the Board of the Company. He has been into business for over 30 Years and has varied experience in purchase and sale of Paddy, wheat, Rice etc. He looks into the general management of the company and has exceptional competence in his field.

Mr Mubarak Singh is a retired K.A.S officer who has pursued his education from Bombay University. Mr Singh has served Government department of Jammu & Kashmir for more than 32 years and got retired from J&K government service in 2017.

Mr. Gagandeep Singh Tuteja is a highly accomplished technocrat, entrepreneur, and industry expert with more than 25 years of rich experience in agro-processing, rice milling technology, food engineering, and sustainable agricultural solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Agricultural & Food Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur (1995 batch), one of India’s premier engineering institutions. To complement his technical expertise with managerial acumen, he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad (2000 batch). He has further strengthened his entrepreneurial capabilities through an Entrepreneurship Development Program at IIM Kashipur in 2018.

Mr. Tuteja has been associated with several prestigious national and international assignments. He has served as a Consultant to the Government of Sri Lanka under the Industrial Development Scheme for upgradation of the rice milling industry, and has also worked with the Small Scale Industrial Development Board of India on various industrial development initiatives.

A strong proponent of innovation, Mr. Tuteja has led and contributed to multiple research and development initiatives, including the design of a Seamless Vertical Bucket Elevator (patent applied), development of natural tempering techniques for rice grains that significantly reduce breakage, and the design of advanced rice length graders with frequency-controlled speed systems. He has also designed and manufactured Microwave Seed Dryers and Heat Pump–Based Seed Dryers under Government of India projects, along with rotary drum dryers and grain storage silos for international agricultural institutions such as YAU–IARI, Myanmar.

With a unique blend of technical excellence, entrepreneurial vision, and industry leadership, Mr. Gagandeep Singh Tuteja continues to play a pivotal role in advancing agro-processing technologies and sustainable agricultural practices in India and globally.

Mr. Kamal Kishore Sharma is a seasoned agricultural professional with over 36 years of distinguished service in the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, culminating in his role as Director of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare. With a solid academic foundation in Agriculture (M.Sc. Horticulture, B.Sc. Hons.), he has led numerous high-impact initiatives in agriculture extension, project planning, soil and water conservation, and farm-based livelihood generation.

He has been pivotal in implementing Krishonnati Yojna, RKVY, and PM Fasal Bima Yojana, across the UT, while also introducing 25 online agricultural services to ease business operations. His leadership saw the successful GI tagging of Basmati and Saffron, branding of “Jmu Kheti”, and procurement reforms that benefited to farmers. He has also represented J&K at the UAE-India Food Security Summit in 2020.

He continues to contribute post-retirement as a Member of the Ladakh Jammu and Kashmir Economic Growth & Development Dialogue (LEAD), sharing his insights on sustainable agri- development, rural upliftment, and policy advisory.
